FAQ's
Can I send messages without ads?
Sure! You can specify messages to have no ads on a per-message or global basis. We charge on a per-message basis, and bill at the end of the month. Contact us for current rates and more information.
Can I receive messages as well as send them?
Yes, our gateway supports both MO (Mobile Originated, messages coming to your application from a cell phone) and MT (Mobile Terminated - messages sent from your application to a cell phone) messaging. MO messages will be routed to your application if they are either prefixed with a keyword you select, or if they are a reply to a recent outgoing message from your application.
How long does it take for my application to be approved?
It usually takes approximately 2-3 days for your application to be approved or rejected.
My application was rejected, what do I do now?
Applications are usually rejected due to insufficient descriptions of their opt-in and opt-out procedures. Feel free to try again - shoot for at least 50 words describing your application.
Can I bypass the opt-in requirement?
We are able to bypass these for a select few partners who show compliance with MMA guidelines and procedures. We will still monitor your account for any potential spam flags, and if your account is found to be sending spam, and/or not adhering to MMA guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel your provider account.
I've written a library in [a language], would you like to distribute it?
We'd love to! Drop us a line and we'll gladly distribute your library, with as much attribution as you'd like.
