Tatango Affiliate Program

We offer an aggressive affiliate program for new sign-ups with the Tatango Pro service. Whether you are an independent consultant, marketing agency or reseller, the Tatango Affiliate Program can provide you with an added selling feature as well as a new source of revenue.
Program Details
As a member of the Tatango Affiliate Program, you are paid $20 for each Tatango Pro account subscription you bring to Tatango. There is no cap on what can be earned so the more groups that sign up under your affiliate code, the more money you will make!
How It Works
1. Sign up for the program by sending an email to affiliate@tatango.com to request your affiliate code. To become a Tatango Affiliate member you will need to provide your full name, social security number or tax identification number and address so that we may file the appropriate paperwork to the IRS. When an affiliate reaches $600 in a year, Tatango will file a 1099-Misc on behalf of the affiliate.
2. Once you have an affiliate code, start signing up groups.
3. When a group registers for a Tatango Pro account, they will enter your affiliate code into the coupon box area (See below). This will allow Tatango to track the amount of groups you have brought to the website and will determine your monthly payment.
Payment Terms
- Monthly payments will be calculated on the last day of each month and paid within 10 days of calculation.
Terms
By participating in Tatango's Affiliate Program. (the "Program"), You agree with the supplemental Program terms and conditions set forth below, established by Tatango Inc. ("Tatango"). These supplemental terms are in addition to the Tatango Terms of Use, and, in the event of a direct conflict between the two, these supplemental terms will control.
In consideration of participating in the Program, You agree to the following terms:
1) Tracking Tags.
The tools, products and creative assets (collectively, "Assets") that are provided to You by Tatango provide valuable information vital to the success of the Program, including information that helps make sure Transactions generated by You are properly attributed to You for Payout calculations. Thus, each of these Assets must be used in their intended manners as instructed by Tatango. You agree that You will not corrupt, modify or disable the tracking functionality provided to You related to the Program.
2) Keywords, Pay Per Click advertising, and domain names involving Tatango's trademark "Tatango" and variations thereof.
You shall not purchase search engine keywords or domain names that use Tatango's trademark "Tatango" and/or certain variations and mispellings thereof. You shall not purchase or register keywords, Pay Per Click advertising, AdWords, search terms, domain names, or other identifying terms that include the word "Tatango" or certain variations and mispellings thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service.
Specifically, this policy prohibits You from:
- Bidding on Tatango's trademark, "Tatango", and any keyword string that includes this term.
- Bidding on variations of Tatango's trademark
- Purchasing domain names based on Tatango's trademarks or variations of Tatango's trademark
- Purchasing Pay Per Click advertising containing Tatango's trademarks or variations of Tatango's trademark
If Tatango determines, in its sole discretion, that You have purchased or attempted to purchase "Tatango" keywords or domain names, or one of the three cited examples above, then Tatango may (without limiting any other remedies available to it) pursue any or all of the following actions:
- Withhold all compensation otherwise payable to You beginning with the date on which You purchased the prohibited trademarked terms;
- Remove You from the Tatango affiliate Program permanently; and/or
- Contact the search engine in which your ad was found to ask that these ads be removed immediately and permanently.
