How does the 30-day free trial work?

The 30 day trial is designed to give you a no-holds example of how powerful the Tatango service is, without ever entering your credit card. There is no obligation to the 30 day trial, you can utilize the trial or not, it’s completely up to you. You will have the ability to upgrade at any time during your 30 day trial. Once the 30 day trial has expired, you will have the option to upgrade to one of our plans or discontinue use of the service.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yep. Simply click on the "My Plan" tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options. This also includes the ability to upgrade, refresh or downgrade your plan.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. You will never be hit with any surprise fees.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Tatango is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Do I have the ability to customize a plan?

Absolutely. If none of the plans on the site work for you, drop us a line, we’d be happy to create a custom plan to better fit your needs.
