About Tatango

We make it easy to stay connected

We’re a group of people who care deeply about the product we build for our customers. Clarity, quality, attention to detail and ease-of-use are at the core of everything we do. We’ve put this energy into every piece of Tatango, resulting in a product that makes group communication simpler than ever before.

We cater to all groups

Our product is built for groups of all sizes. In some cases that group is a small recreational team looking to coordinate practice, and in other cases that group is a large business looking to market efficiently to their customers. Every group, regardless of size, needs to communicate. We help those groups communicate better.

We Believe

  • Customer service is king. We’re known for fast, concise, relatable customer service and support. We live up to that reputation every day, stopping at nothing to make sure our customers feel like family.
  • Simplicity matters. Nothing is worse than a product that’s hard to use. Our site is intuitive, you’ll look like a seasoned veteran within seconds of creating your first group.
  • Your data deserves to be safe. Privacy and safety of your information is top priority. Your information will never be compromised and your contacts will never receive solicited messages.
  • Group SMS should be affordable. Many businesses charge upwards of 10 cents per message with additional set up fees and contracts tacked on. That’s absurd. Our service starts at $19/month and extends to $199/month for our most expensive plans, without any hidden fees or contracts ever created.
  • The basics are beautiful. We never forget what really matters: the basics. Ease of use, customer service, honest pricing and respect for our customer’s time, money and trust. This will never be sacrificed.

The service is dead simple to use, as it should be. I made the jump from accountless bum to en masse messaging mogul in all of about 2 minutes.
