Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. Colorado provides state residents with rights to:

  • Access and delete certain personal information.

Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal and technical environment, we cannot ensure that your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties in ways not described in this Notice.  Any information sent to Tatango for text messaging and/or storage purposes will remain the property of the account holder, which Tatango will hold securely in accordance with our internal security policies. Tatango will take measures to protect your personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, through the use of technological measures (e.g., firewalls, passwords, encryption), and training of our employees.

Complaints

If you have any complaints relating to any aspect of our service, please contact us by email at legal@tatango.com.  Please state clearly the nature of the complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. You will also be assigned a contact name that will be responsible for keeping you informed of the progress of any complaint.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that personal information.

Tatango may reserve the right to change this Notice from time to time at its discretion. Changes will be posted in this  Notice and will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of Tatango after changes to this Notice have been posted is deemed acceptance of those changes.
